CREWLE WEEKLY LAMP GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES

1. Sponsor

The Crewle Weekly Lamp Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Crewle ("Sponsor").

This promotion is administered solely by Crewle and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or their respective affiliates.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, or other persons directly involved in administering the Giveaway are not eligible.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

Each weekly Giveaway begins and ends on the dates and times stated in that week's official Crewle Giveaway post.

Entries received outside the stated Giveaway period will not be eligible.

All times are Pacific Time unless otherwise stated.

4. How to Enter

Eligible participants may enter through Crewle's official Instagram and/or TikTok accounts.

To receive one entry on a platform, the participant must:

1. Follow Crewle on that platform;

2. Like that week's official Giveaway post; and

3. Leave a comment on that week's official Giveaway post.

No purchase or payment is required.

A participant may receive a maximum of one entry through Instagram and one entry through TikTok, for a maximum of two entries per person per weekly Giveaway.

Multiple comments on the same platform do not create additional entries.

Entries generated by bots, automated methods, fraudulent accounts, or other methods intended to circumvent these rules may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One winner will receive the Crewle lamp identified and shown as the prize in that week's official Giveaway post.

The approximate retail value of the prize will be stated in the applicable Giveaway post or accompanying Giveaway information.

The prize has no cash alternative and may not be exchanged for cash.

Crewle reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Crewle's reasonable control.

6. Winner Selection

After the Giveaway period closes, all eligible Instagram and TikTok entries will be combined into a single pool.

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

The drawing may be recorded and/or publicly shown by Crewle for transparency.

7. Winner Announcement and Notification

The potential winner will ordinarily be announced in the next Crewle weekly Giveaway video.

Crewle will also contact the potential winner directly through a private message from Crewle's official Instagram or TikTok account.

Crewle will never require a winner to make a payment, provide credit card information, or purchase anything to receive a prize.

The potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days after Crewle sends the winner notification.

If the potential winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be randomly selected.

8. Shipping Information

After a potential winner has been selected and responds to the winner notification, Crewle will request the information reasonably necessary to deliver the prize, including the winner's full name and shipping address.

This information will be collected privately and should not be posted publicly in comments.

Shipping to an eligible address within the 48 contiguous United States or District of Columbia will be paid by Crewle.

9. Verification

Crewle reserves the right to verify that a potential winner satisfied the entry and eligibility requirements before awarding the prize.

A participant is not an official winner until eligibility has been verified and Crewle has confirmed the award of the prize.

10. General Conditions

Crewle reserves the right to disqualify entries reasonably believed to involve fraud, manipulation, impersonation, automated entry, or violation of these Official Rules.

Crewle also reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate a Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, platform outages, or circumstances beyond Crewle's reasonable control materially affect the fairness or administration of the Giveaway.

11. Platform Disclaimer

By participating, entrants acknowledge that Instagram, Meta, and TikTok are not sponsors or administrators of this Giveaway.

Entrants release Instagram, Meta, and TikTok from responsibility associated with the administration of this Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway should be directed to Crewle and not to Instagram, Meta, or TikTok.

12. Privacy

Personal information obtained from a winner for prize fulfillment will be used for purposes reasonably related to administering the Giveaway and delivering the prize, unless the winner separately agrees to another use.

Entrants should never post their mailing address, telephone number, or other sensitive personal information publicly in connection with the Giveaway.

13. Acceptance of Rules

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Crewle's decisions concerning administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
